When I look at businesses in the marketplace I see these 3 problems
Generalism
Most businesses are not "businesses." They are glorified jobs at a negotiable rate. Most Business owners don't have a niche and can't define who their idea client is. If you want to make MONEY as a business owner, you MUST have a niche.
No Predictable Way To Scale
Most business owners run their business on what I call "lottery ticket" marketing. They gamble their own future as well as their family's future with the hope of striking it big. In business we can't allow our organization to be ran like a casino in Las Vegas.

Most business owners change their approach to each client that they come in contact with. They have no idea what they need to do each week to convert a client into their business. Once again, they operate their businesses and family's destiny off of a skin crawling chance.
